We are a family-run working farm and livery yard based in the West Midlands. The farm is situated 5 miles from Coventry, and 20 miles from Birmingham with very close links to the M6, Junction 3.

The farm is privately owned with 90 acres of fields and woodland which makes fabulous off-road riding through it all.

We have beef cattle in our state-of-the-art 'Round House' system in winter months and they spend their summers grazing around the farm.

We have fantastic facilities for our livery horses, run unaffiliated dressage and jumping shows, frequently host clinics, and training events for horses and dogs and also hire out our amazing brand-new indoor school.

We have both DIY and grass livery packages available.
